All Ceramic Crowns

All ceramic crowns are restoration types that completely surround the tooth or implant abutment, and are applied in implant-supported cases where laminate application is not deemed appropriate, such as when the teeth have large composite fillings, are severely damaged, or are exposed to parafunctional forces such as clenching and grinding, etc.

Zirconia or leucite (Empress) / lithium disilicate (e.max) based ceramics are chosen depending on the force that the crown or bridge will be exposed to in the mouth, the need for color masking or imitating the remaining natural teeth. Since they do not need to cover the metallic color compared to metal-porcelain crowns, their ability to imitate natural enamel is much higher and their aesthetic results are much more successful.
