In some cases, special surgical treatments such as sinus lift, nerve lateralization, etc. can be applied, but All-on-4 treatments can be preferred in order to complete the treatment in a shorter time and to minimize the number of surgical operations. In general, implants are placed perpendicularly in the front region and at an angle in the back region, and temporary prosthesis can be applied by immediate (early) loading if the bone tissue allows, and esthetic/phonetic/functional continuity can be achieved.
