Implant Surgery

Implants that replace the root of the tooth can be used to protect adjacent teeth after tooth extraction/loss, to allow minimal resorption in the relevant bone area, and to maintain an effective chewing function. In cases where there is no existing infection, implants that can be applied in the same session following tooth extraction integrate into the bone within approximately 3 months and then enable the production of a prosthesis.

Implants can be applied singly or in multiples, from a single tooth to a full jaw prosthesis to replace missing teeth in the entire jaw. If the stability of the surrounding bone is good during the session where the implant is placed in the bone, it is also possible to make a temporary prosthesis in the same session, so patients can complete their treatment without staying edentulous.
